Fit 4 Life Exercise Program
Fit 4 Life is a facility wide strength training program, based on the principles of exercise physiology, or how the body adapts to exercise stimulus. Trained staff leads this class in a small group setting which is designed to improve or maintain one’s strength and balance. The goal of this class is to promote independence in caring for oneself. This class is also a great opportunity to socialization!
